We are William & Beverly Potts, a husband-and-wife team who recently acquired this beautiful property with a vision. Inspired by friends, we decided to create a unique venue right here in Jericho, and thus, Jericho Rentals was born.

As a family-owned and operated venue, our roots run deep in this community—William grew up in Jericho, making it a special place for us to call home. Jericho Rentals is truly a hidden gem nestled in the countryside, featuring a charming Celebration Barn ideal for a variety of events, including weddings, parties, reunions, receptions, showers, and corporate events.

You’ll fall in love with our enchanting Love sign and the serene beauty of our picturesque pond. We’re also excited to announce that we are in the process of developing ten cozy cabins that will soon be available for your enjoyment.
